On the first business day of each month, Competitive Edge Tutoring, LLC (“Competitive Edge”) will email an electronic invoice for the previous month’s tutoring sessions to the email address that the client (“Client”) has provided.
If Client chooses to pay by credit card, Competitive Edge will automatically charge the credit card that Client has provided no earlier than three (3) days after Competitive Edge has emailed Client his/her monthly electronic invoice.
If Client chooses to pay by check, the check shall be made payable to “Competitive Edge Tutoring, LLC” and sent to:

If Client fails to pay his/her monthly bill within thirty (30) days of the date on which Competitive Edge had sent Client an electronic invoice for the previous month’s tutoring sessions, Competitive Edge may, at its sole discretion, suspend service.
Client shall notify Competitive Edge of the cancellation of any tutoring session, including mock testing, at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the scheduled tutoring session or else Competitive Edge will charge Client for the cancelled tutoring session.
CLIENT UNDERSTANDS THAT COMPETITIVE EDGE CANNOT GUARANTEE IMPROVED GRADES OR STANDARDIZED TEST SCORES.
